National Young Readers Week runs from November 9-13. Co-founded in 1989 by Pizza Hut and the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress, it is a day to recognize the joys and benefits of reading.
Young Readers Day is November 14th.
And in honor of books--because An Enchanted Letter TM is dedicated to getting kids to read (I'm an English Lit M.A. and writer), below are several resources (other than your local library) for free children's books.
